The inspection is conducted by one of our professional staff who have years of experience in working with the major components of a building. We encourage our clients to participate in the inspections process so as to become familiar with all of the systems and components of their new home.
The inspection covers all of the major elements with over 400+ items providing you with a qualified opinion of their present condition, operation, and function. A computer generated narrative report is presented to you on-site along with a Report Summary page listing all the deficiencies emphasizing on safety, mechanical, and structural issues including;

We use "state of the art" testing equipment on all our inspections and our inspections meet or exceed the Standards of Practice specified by and are performed in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)

Safeco Inspections uses 3D Inspection System Reporting software,
in which the final report is presented to you and your agent on-site.
